Pharmacogenomics Student Research Survey
Dear Southern California Genetic Counselors,
You are being asked to take part in a research study on Knowledge and Attitudes on Implementing Cardiovascular Pharmacogenomic Testing. This study is being conducted by Callan Russell at the Stanford University Master’s in Human Genetics and Genetic Counseling Program under the advisement of Dr. Stuart A. Scott, Director of the Clinical Genomics Laboratory at Stanford Health Care.
This survey is for cardiology providers (GC, MD, RN, NP, PA, PharmD) currently practicing within the state of California. If you decide to take part in this study, it will consist of completing an online survey which should take ~10 minutes or less to complete.
Participation in this study is voluntary. Survey responses will be anonymous, but a separate survey link allows you to voluntarily enter your contact information. If you provide your contact information, you will be entered into a raffle to be conducted on February 28, 2022 (7 days after the survey is closed) for one of five $100 Amazon gift cards. The drawing will be conducted by Callan Russell in Palo Alto, California. Participation in the study is not required in order to participate in the raffle. You can enter the raffle if you do not start or complete the survey. The chance of winning a prize is approximately 1 in 1,000. The winners will be notified immediately by email and provided with information on how to receive their gift card.
