Sponsorship opportunity: women's sports league raising awareness for early detection and treatment of breast cancer
I recently joined a sports league called Mamanet . The Los Angeles league, which I will be playing in, is having a tournament on October 29th. It is an annual event with the goal of raising awareness for early detection and treatment of breast cancer. Mamanet is a not-for-profit organization, started in Israel in 2005, and there are now leagues all over the world. It is open to women of all backgrounds, but the Los Angeles league is heavily populated by Israeli and Jewish women, many of whom have personal and/or family histories of breast cancer (and unfortunately many are not familiar with genetic testing).
The league is looking for sponsors of this important event. A $100 donation allows for an informational booth at the event. Higher levels of support range from $500-$5000 and, depending on level, may include a banner display at the event, exposure in YouTube video, sponsorship logo on t-shirts, and other opportunities for exposure within the league and online. Sponsors of the tournament are also provided with the opportunity to provide a short educational talk.
